It's a nuisance to use, it's probably better to get the best here despite the seeming "value "
This thing is kinda useful, but also a little annoying. I had a Hakko at work that had a filled brass ball and didn't fall apart. This guy is absolutely a pain to use, it's overly slippery and the tip cleaner is way too small for this thing so you'll have to fish around. with iron to find it. I'm going to compress the top a bit to get a better fit, but once unpacked it immediately falls apart when you slap the top looking for curls.
