The side buttons don't work, but everything else works!

This is amazing! One problem, however, is that the side buttons don't work until I've pulled the phone out all the way. The touchscreen works very well, but Face ID on newer phones doesn't always work through plastic. I love that it's waterproof on the ski days when we get caught in light rain. It's pretty solid and does everything I need except for the buttons, so I docked the star. It attaches well and allows me to take my phone on bike rides where I can see it and follow a map if needed. Overall not bad!
