Much better than a 2 inch mirror.

I had a 2 inch mirror that didn't show traffic clearly on the right side of my car. I replaced it with this one. The 3 inch mirror offers a much larger picture. And the glass mirror gives a clearer image than the one I replaced. I only installed it a few days ago, so I can't vouch for the fit. But the mounting platform is 3M, so I think the quality is good.
