The most important thing about plest moran is their great customer service in general! That's what sets them apart from other accountants out there - they treat you like family rather than another number or client (or whatever). They also have an amazing team of consultants who are knowledgeable beyond belief when it comes to all aspects related finance/accounting for businesses big & small (>"SMB" if I remember correctly), including those looking at things such as ERP implementation / upgrades etc., which makes working collaboratively so much easier compared some competitors we had worked wtih previously where no one knew anything more technical then basic Excel functions :(.
