I have a Roomba 960. I've had no issues with the filters being too thick to close the door properly. Fit was fine. My problem is the quality. 1. Replacement filters do not have as many "wrinkles" as original filters. Not enough to notice just by looking, but I counted. The pleats might suffice if not for problem number 2. There is a very fine mesh over the pleats on the side of the filter and it does the job. In my case, the mesh does not even allow particles to enter the folds of the filter. It just sits on the net or keeps blowing until the machine is done. I vacuum the bin and Roomba filter with our Dyson handheld vacuum after each use and I can tell you the machine gets a lot dirtier even with these filters, but the pleated filter itself stays relatively clean. Can't recommend and won't order again.
