Dreyer died a month later. Suddenly it got dangerously hot. Do not buy!

Bought this dryer 5 weeks ago. Works well except the dryer attachments don't stay on while drying. About a week ago the hair dryer sped up - really sped up - and the airflow got hotter and hotter. Switched off. Waited and tried again. The same thing. Set it low, no difference too high. Then it shut down and rumbled as if it had lost something. Thrown away. Of course, the box had long since been thrown away.
