Firstly it doesn't look well assembled. Soldering between parts is not uniform, poor quality. You don't feel the tight fit between the parts that you would expect from a solid precision instrument. But the worst thing is that it will never work. Whetstones are very narrow, so they roll rather than slide on the blade. So you either have to press really hard to destroy your knife or you have the sturdiest hands in the world. I tried sharpening a knife that already had a good edge and it didn't improve it at all. I get the best results with a diamond-coated sharpener.
