It is easy for my staff to use it as they are familiar with this software system.

I like that all of our clinical data can be viewed in one place-it's amazing! We have an issue where we don't always get updated information about how many visits were scheduled during each month so sometimes there will be gaps when you want to see what was done last time or if any new appointments came up since your previous visit. If someone does not know their schedule very well then using dox emr could cause them problems because some things aren’t easily found by just searching through files.
