DOX EMR Review

I like that it is easy for my employees who are not medical professionals but need access quickly when they do have questions or concerns about their health care needs in general (i am an RN myself). It has made our lives easier as we can easily keep up with patient information without having all of those paper records around us! It is easy for my staff to use it as they are familiar with this software system. I like that all of our clinical data can be viewed in one place-it's amazing! We have an issue where we don't always get updated information about how many visits were scheduled during each month so sometimes there will be gaps when you want to see what was done last time or if any new appointments came up since your previous visit. The best part about dox is that it provides all of its services in one place without having you download any other software or programs like many others have done before them! There are some glitches with this program but their customer service department has been very helpful through those times as well since they know how frustrating these issues can be at time when using such an important tool for your business!! I have been working with Dox e-health for over three years now. It is an excellent platform in terms of ease of use as well as customer service when needed. They are always available if you need support or assistance at any point during your implementation process (which was not great initially due their lackadaisical attitude).
