Review on DOX EMR by Juan Castillo

I have been working with Dox e-health for over three years now. It is an excellent platform in terms of ease of use as well as customer service when needed. They are always available if you need support or assistance at any point during your implementation process (which was not great initially due their lackadaisical attitude). Some aspects could be improved upon such as data collection options but they do provide some very good services out there especially given how much more competition exists today than 5+years ago. An intuitive system which makes it easy to access patient information.
