love love love this door. We've had it for a few years now and our 65 lb Catahoula and 40 lb Aussie mix pairs well with this thing, but it just keeps rocking like a champ. I swear the dogs don't even slow down when they come through that door. We changed regular valves once a year and they warped and lost their ability to hold heat/cold after about a month. This door offers much better weather protection than a conventional swing door. It's also nice to know I can block it for extra security, although it's hard to imagine someone trying to climb through from the other side with a clicking, snarling Catahoula. Yes, this door is expensive, but if it lasts as long as I think it will be cheaper than replacing hinged doors in the long run.
