Ultra light so little toes don't get hurt. seems solid but sometimes I need to line up the front wheel with the handlebars. It is possible with tools but you still need a key. my older 6 year old loves it more than the 2 year old I bought it for. Still too tall even though 10 inch was the shortest bike. Plastic wheel so I don't worry about leaks or pumps, soft leather seat can be raised for my 6 year old. But both children have lost interest, now it's a "wounded horse" to role play in the living room. Wanted to give my little one a bit of steering and balance but he just wants to be pushed or something with music and lights. Let's see if he rediscovers it from the corner of the living room. Good thing I didn't buy a fancy expensive one :p
