This is our second purchase of a Joystar balance bike. The first was great and we had no problems. However, this one (12") has both wheels that are not round. It doesn't seem to affect our son's driving ability in any way, but I'm worried it might happen in the future. We've spent a lot of time researching wheels and I like that they're on par with more expensive bikes but at half the price. I wish the seat was an inch lower as it's too high for our twin girls at the moment. A Strider's seat can only sit 11 inches, which is 12.6 inches. Ultra light so little toes don't get hurt. seems solid but sometimes I need to line up the front wheel with the handlebars. I'm quite disappointed with this product. The instructions were terrible. Came with 6 sets of instructions that appear to be the same but in different colors and 6 steps with tiny pictures and a short set description for each step. I really struggled to put the handlebars and tires on. I also had to use my own tools to tighten the screws. Perhaps the most disappointing part is the footrest.
