I'm quite disappointed with this product. The instructions were terrible. Came with 6 sets of instructions that appear to be the same but in different colors and 6 steps with tiny pictures and a short set description for each step. I really struggled to put the handlebars and tires on. I also had to use my own tools to tighten the screws. Perhaps the most disappointing part is the footrest. When I took it out of the box, it was barely screwed down with a screw. I could find 2 more screws in the box. I figured it would be an easy fix by just screwing it back in, as all the screw holes on the footrest are ground so I can't get this part to stay in place. Unfortunately my son caught me assembling it so returning is not an option now. I need to figure out how to attach this piece so it stays in place. Conclusion. I wish I had bought a different product
