Very simple solution for remote web-based team meetings
I like how easy it was to use once we got into using our program.
The system itself works very well as far as security goes but there's not much in terms of customization available at this time. There are some things you can do with customizing your own forms which could be helpful if you want more control over what information gets sent out when someone submits an online form or something similar. It allows us all involved within my organization (including me) have access remotely without having to physically meet up together every single day.
Pros
- How user friendly is has become since its inception about 3 years ago, although i've been here for only 6 months now so that may change after working alongside other employees who started before myself around 1 year back maybe? Not sure yet honestly! Also because everything runs through excel sheets instead rather than manually typing stuff down onto paper etc., also easier tracking progress from start till completion
