at least not metric and it's getting hard to find measurement tools for the US market. However, the ruler guides are all made of fairly thin and slightly hazy transparent plastic. I'm of two minds about this - the quality is rather poor, the rulers are flexible, flimsy and not entirely transparent; However, because they bend, they allow the curve to be measured correctly. I don't think they will last long due to the thin material, but the thin material allows you to curve collars, armholes, hip and crotch lines very well. but DO NOT bend them too much, it's irreparable and you'll have to buy another set and they don't sell them individually in a cheap way.
