Well I knew it just by looking at him that 3 slots with holes even with the biggest hole he just wouldn't poke enough for big chunks of meat! It's a good setup, but you'll wear your hand and wrist if you dig up just 1 chest piece! I gave 4 stars because it's well built but not for big slabs with ultimate bottom loss! For people who complain about sweet rubs clogging it up. That's exactly what you get with Sweet Rubs! I'll drill holes to 1/4" and leave it!
