We received this fan a few months ago but wanted to hold off on a review in case anything has changed since it was first installed but I'm happy to let you know May that this ceiling fan far exceeded our expectations. We needed a fan in the bedroom this summer to keep us cool due to the hot days and nights and this fan did its job so well we haven't missed a single night of sleep since installing it. My husband found the installation very easy. something because he's a bit tricky when it comes to house renovations haha. So I was glad he didn't have any problems. The fan is so quiet I have to keep asking my husband if he forgot to turn it on. Remote control and at first she thought the light was a bit dim but as I have noticed in other reviews you have to hold the button down and it gets really bright. even brighter than our previous top light. small but when it was up it's a lot bigger than I thought. This is a great fan and we are so glad we bought it. Just don't lose the remote control. :)
