I bought 2 of these cameras to guard the farm. I set both to record every second at the fastest shutter speed. I noticed I wasn't getting many photos after being in front of the camera many times, so I did a test. I spent 15 minutes walking in front of cameras set at 1 second intervals and took a total of 14 shots. I have new Li-Ion batteries and San Disk cards. The service said it was probably because of the cold. The! It's 30 degrees outside! Of course, a cell thermometer reads 25 degrees because it's not true since I got it. If you can't rely on them to shoot like they should, what good are they? How many photos of the thief do I get and because of deer hunting I miss a photo of the big deer I'm looking for? Also, their shock group software doesn't work well with my tablet! It works on my phone, but of course the pictures are very small on the phone.
