I paid full price for two purple combs, one for my daughter (who loves purple and has such a delicate head) and one that I gave to a friend. Well there was a problem with the order and I contacted customer service. Everything was repaired in a flash. I'm so impressed! I would like to give this company 1000 stars! Vanessa was incredibly helpful and so kind! My new package was delivered on SUNDAY with a personal touch and a small gift. WOW! Just wow! My daughter really likes her purple comb and saves mom (me) less time combing and brushing her hair. I also recommend SheaMoisture Coconut and Hibiscus Hold and Shine Moisture Detangle Mist 8oz (you can get it at Revain, Target, or Walmart) and then use a detangling brush. Both together are wonderful!
