Bought this chair in 2017 for work. I work as a consultant and spend countless hours on conference calls and attending and leading online meetings. I'm also hard of hearing. I wear hearing aids that require a full-size headset. I needed strong, quality headphones that were also portable (easy to fold up for travel) as I often work out of the country. This headset was one of the best work-related purchases I've ever made. Yes, I'm writing this review in December 2020 after using this headset more than usual for almost a full year. My customers have commented on how clean and crisp I sound and even asked where they can get a pair. How are they holding up? They're still doing the hard work today. I've dropped them a few times, run a chair over them, stepped on them, accidentally walked away with plugs in and scratched them, but they work just as well as the first day I got them. Actually I came here today to buy a new pair. After three years of heavy use, only the soft foam covers on the earbuds seem to be wearing off. I highly recommend this headset. If it weren't for the chipping and peeling earcup covers, I wouldn't be considering a new pair (and that will happen with heavy use).
