I like that it can be used in conjunction with other programs such as Jira, which was helpful when we had multiple departments using our software. The interface could use some work - there are a lot of features but not enough buttons/icons for easy navigation. It's been difficult at times trying to find what we need while still being able to navigate through all of the screens. We have solved issues related to tracking inmates' movements within jails by providing them with their own personal digital dashboard where they can view detailed status updates regarding their whereabouts throughout the day.
