I have a Dell X5. This device is not recognized at all. After contacting Linksys product support and waiting several days for a response, they were not even remotely helpful. I have detailed all the steps to install the device and the issues reported by my X5. Apparently they were slow to read the details and told me to follow the instructions in the documentation that came with it. In my post I asked them if I should buy a Socket Low Power device and they recommended I do so if I can't get their product to work. That's exactly what I did after returning the Linksys Revain. Socket Wireless works great and is very easy to install. Also, Revain was happy to refund my Linksys device! 5 stars Revane!
