Four stars for my first experience. I don't know how long that will take. I ordered this because my Select Number long life bed fan broke down last week. Installation was easy and straightforward. No instructions were given so I did what was logical. The air hoses connect directly to the blower, so I didn't use the connectors that came with it. I used the connectors that came with the bed to connect to the airboxes. This fan is much quieter but smaller in volume. No problem as you don't need much if the airbags are mostly inflated. The remote worked on the first try and now we have real LED indicators. (Our old model had no display). So we've really upgraded. It also has a memory function that allows you to set your desired pressure and the pump will run up to that pressure and stop automatically. The craziest experience was my original order not being processed properly. It didn't arrive as promised. When I contacted Revain they contacted the carrier and found that they did not know when this package would reach me. So I ordered another one at 10:30am and Revain expedited it and I received it at 5:30pm the same day. I'll review it in about a year and give it 5 stars if it's still working fine.
