Nicely Salted Berry

The mix tastes good to begin with, although when mixed with 14-16 ounces of water it is a bit high in sodium. I couldn't find anywhere on the box or individual packs where the manufacturer gives any guidance on how much liquid to use - I think they just leave it up to the user. I regularly find myself mixing this with 24 ounces of water for a mild tasting water when gardening in the summer - it's a delicious ratio for me. The profile of the two main electrolytes is good with 500 mg sodium, 370 mg potassium. You lose mostly sodium through sweat and some people are potassium deficient, so it's nice to see those levels. fiber but? I've never seen or heard of an electrolyte blend that contains fiber and if you're using it during your workout I think it's a bad idea. After a workout, it's normal to replace electrolytes. Also, if you're just drinking it while sitting, okay. But if you're only drinking this while you're sedentary, I really hope you limit the sodium content of your food. But back to the drink - due to the fiber content I do not use it for sports. For a post-sweat workout, this is low enough that it shouldn't affect you. I can also use this when hiking or on hot days at fairs or outdoor festivals. Overall, it's a nice change of flavor from other drinks, but I don't find it as tasty as Liquid IV. Although Liquid IV contains a lot more sugar, it also encourages water absorption. Maybe you think of Hydro Delight as keto-friendly hydration? The price is right and the flavor is right when mixed with 24 ounces of water (for me). Try it - most likely you will like it!
