Good, at least for a sprint triathlon
This summer I've worn this suit several times for open water swims, short bike rides and runs (max bike distance is about 15 miles and max run distance is about 3-4 miles). ) , and the suit made everything great. I also wore it in my first sprint triathlon and the suit was amazing. Good support and very streamlined, nothing shifts or rubs in all disciplines. The bike pad is a bit smaller than some of the other suits so I don't know how it will hold up on long rides if you're doing half an ironman or so.
