I have scars on my back from my running bra. The sore spots hurt really bad when I sweat, so I was hoping to cover them with some type of cloth. People mentioned using duck tape, but I think before the sore spots heal, I'd better not use tape directly on them. I'm glad I found these foam pads. They feel super high quality and really soft. The thickness is perfect for covering wound. These have no built in adhesives and so you must cover with some other type of bandage to hold them in place. For me, since I sweat so much during my run, usually my bandage loses the adhesives by the end of my run, so the pad also falls off, but so far it prevents me from feeling burned on my sore spots as the pad has high absorbency. Overall, great product for protecting wounds.
