Excellent frying pan for preparing small meals: - good build quality - precise temperature sensor, frying pan heats evenly, responds quickly to temperature changes the turning wheel - non-stick coating the lid works like new after a few months - no problem with food getting stuck in odd corners while cooking - the unit is easy to clean and the cord/plug assembly can be stored inside the pot body without worrying about micro-scratching the coated surface. This pan is suitable for a family of one or two or for preparing side dishes in large families. The only caveat I have is the lack of steam vents: you have to tilt the lid over the base to allow steam to escape when needed, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
