Heat and Moisture on my review.
This product does a great job for pain relief. I mostly use it on my neck and shoulder. After 2 minutes in the microwave it lasts for 30 minutes to an hour of consistent heat. I will say you have to move the beads around and it can be awkward to use with it's narrow shape.
