We've been using this product since 2011 to manage our insurance claims process, document policy changes/clarifications & new business development processes with ease! I dislike that there's no ability to add custom field types in order edit fields (eg : Date), but it has given us full control over who can make edits within an account as well how they do so once inside of their own area or "room".

The only thing we're currently looking at adding are some additional forms which will be used internally by team members instead of having them complete paper copies via email - This works much better than asking people to submit completed documents through eCRM tools like Salesforce / Marketo etc because not all users have access rights necessary to create these files themselves from scratch without help from senior staff member(s).
