My wife and I were looking for two new beds. We invest a lot in this process. In the end we decided on Rivet and are completely satisfied with our decision. This is the best mattress in all categories out there; Comfort, Quality, Design, Value and Reputation for Service/Warranty. You won't get a medal, Revane (although you should), but you truly deserve our cause. Others had comparable mattresses but were lacking in relation to our shared concerns. Revain just makes things easier and they will be there to fix it if we have any issues later in our ownership experience. It breaks the bond. Without writing a book I just want to say that we have really tested Revains commitment to customer service and are really 100% satisfied and are sleeping much better now.
