I have read all the good reviews and they were positive. First, it's so easy to set up. Yes, the box is bulky. No big deal (Queen) Slept so well. I have degenerated discs in my lower back and this mattress was great. You can get out of bed and don't have to move the whole bed. Perfect for new parents waking up in the middle of the night. I want to replace three other mattresses for my daughters. They liked it.

The box was heavy but I managed to climb up, unwrap and unwrap myself. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're impatient like me.
