i was a bit skeptical about buying a mattress on the internet, at least i didn't lie on it and didn't try it. I can't remember ever buying anything online that made me so nervous. I can't remember a purchase I've been this happy with either. I'm a tall guy and this mattress was just what I needed. I slept on a 10 year old orthopedic mattress that was coming to the end of its lifespan. I slept but kept waking up and tossing and turning, trying to get as much sleep as possible before having to roll over again. After a year of nocturnal activity, I was looking for a new mattress that was comfortable and not HOT. We tried the memory foam pad and after a week my wife and I woke up sweaty and took it off. I wanted a mattress with a breathable topsheet without adding anything to keep me cool at night. Since this is a new mattress, I had a few qualms about pulling the trigger when I bought it. I thought about it for a few days and decided to give it a try. The first night I went to bed and fell asleep and looked at my iPad, the last thing I remember was putting it on the table. The alarm clock woke me up after about 9 hours of sleep. I thought the house was on fire because I usually turn off the alarm before it goes off. Of the three nights my wife and I slept on this mattress, we slept well. Very happy with this purchase. UPDATE: just ordered my second mattress, the first one is still great, we are moving it to the guest room and have ordered a king!
