The box was heavy but I managed to climb up, unwrap and unwrap myself. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're impatient like me. Was a little concerned that the bed height seemed low but it filled up after about an hour or so. The bed is excellent. My wife and I sleep deeper. I had dreams I haven't had in years. The good thing about a bed is that the foam makes you less disturbed by movements in bed. It feels slightly tight. We were a little worried it would be a cheap Casper but we're very happy with it.
