Ordered a double size for $399 on November 16th, received it on November 20th. According to courier services, the box weighed just over 80 pounds. I took it out of the box, put it on the base, started to unfold, and then it quickly started to unwind on its own. Gave him a few hours to finish inflating. no smell slept on it at night. I would say medium hardness. I sleep on my side, 6'3" and 195lbs, wife sleeps on back, 5'5, £135. We both found it comfortable. Slept neither hot nor cold. Good buy.
