Review on ARRMA by Daniel Ortiz

Recently, I had a bad encounter with the ARRMA web shop. Although they have a broad selection of RC toys and games, I had a hard time navigating their website. I was taken aback by the steep price tag once I located the item I was seeking. The price was high, but the condition of the item was poor. Unfortunately, I had an issue with my purchase and reached out to customer support for help. To make matters worse, I was greeted with unhelpful and unresponsive representatives. In general, I was not satisfied with my time spent shopping at the ARRMA web store. Although they had a respectable assortment of RC toys and games, the quality of their website, pricing, and support all left much to be desired.
