Instructions would be nice but it fits perfectly

This fits my 1995 Subaru Legacy perfectly and only took about 40 minutes to make both engine valve covers. The only thing that could be used for this product is a one-page guide. Should I use adhesive/sealant for gaskets or not? I have used sealant but it would be nice to know if it is advisable to do so with this gasket kit. Otherwise it fits perfectly and is inexpensive. Addendum: crawled under the car five weeks after installation and there are no signs of leaking on the valve covers so the gasket is still holding. During that time I drove the car, probably 800 miles.
