Overall, I've used it several times since buying it and can say a lot about it. Don't throw it and hit it too hard, I can't imagine it breaking on you. It's super light, which makes it easy to carry with lots of gear, and it comes with a carry bag that you can throw over your shoulder or something else if you like. Remote control, like most Bluetooth technologies, is tricky, but sometimes it works. If possible, it's better if you just set a timer on your phone's camera. It's surprisingly durable, even if it's a bit windy, so that's a plus. And the spirit level built into the swivel is also very good. My only real concern is that the carrying case seam was torn when I received the tripod - about 2 inches down the side. It's not unusable, but it's a little annoying that it broke before I got it. Generally a decent tripod for the money but don't expect miracles.
