Review on 🎧 Marantz SR5015 - 7.2 Channel 8K Ultra HD AV Receiver (2020 Model) with Dolby Virtual Height Elevation, Built-in HEOS, Amazon Alexa Compatibility, Bluetooth Wireless Streaming & Home Automation by Alejandro Wolf

Upgrade for 4k 120hz and 8k 60hz from SR5014. Surprised when I booted up my RTX 3080 and everything was a black screen. A quick web search reveals that there is a bad HDMI 2.1 bug. I ran through EArc, everything is fine. This is 100% false advertising by Marantz that it works in 4k 120hz. I have yet to test an Xbox Series X or Ps5 but I'm sure it won't work. I have contacted Marantz and hope they fix this. I'm not sure what that would mean for a fix as it's clearly a hardware issue. Avoid and don't update and wait for a solution.
