I attached this to my headphones with double sided tape and converted them to bluetooth. I've been using it for several hours here and there for several weeks and still need to charge it after the initial charge. Works great and I recommend it as a hassle-free way to convert wired headphones to wireless. Don't know if there's a lag like there would be when using it on a TV, but for headphones it couldn't get any better for twice the price. I bet this works great for adding Bluetooth to your car stereo. In this photo I'm using a Bose QC25 adapter.
