Pros: Bob's packaging is nice and the vacuum cleaner itself has a sleek design. the mop were great features and they could have been. The instruction manual itself was a novella. Although, despite all the nice branding, there was actually a lack of guidance on how to program specific modes. Also, the vacuum can't distinguish between hard floors and carpets, making the mopping feature useless unless you're willing to roll up carpets. Bob spent seven minutes under the dresser. He poked around under the dresser for a few minutes, then emerged after finding his escape (couldn't hit the side of the barn) only to literally turn around and go back under the dresser to chat again a few minutes. . I've changed Bob's settings several times. FYI, Bob has three settings: Waffle, Spiral, and Corners. It was all a complete disaster. Waffle: This seemed like the most effective setting, but unfortunately Bob ran into what appeared to be a wall and completely forgot where he was and sped the other way, only to get stuck underneath. chair for a ridiculous amount of time. Spiral: Sounds good. but as before, he hit the wall and missed whole sections of the floor. Angles: Well, that incident made me laugh. I have a one bedroom apartment and my bathroom is connected to the living room and bedroom by two separate doors. Bob found these corners and decided it would be a great route to take again and again. A continuous loop around the wall, through the bathroom, a tiny piece of bedroom and right past all high traffic areas in the living room. I would not recommend this vacuum cleaner. There is too much technology for a vacuum cleaner to work like a pinball machine. I packed Bob's things and sent them back to him. Goodbye Bob. My new vacuum cleaner, Niato (named George), is just great. Easy to program, took five minutes. Comes out of the box ready to use after charging. Best of all: it cleans systematically. He vacuumed every room and never got stuck under a dresser or chair.
