In general, the phablet is good. Although there are things that make it nicer. 1. The keyboard is wireless (Bluetooth) and doesn't need a dongle, which is good, but the mouse needs a dongle, which occupies the phablet's only USB port. Therefore, it is not possible to use a USB to HDMI adapter or to charge the phablet while using the mouse. I haven't tried a powered USB splitter or hub to see if that would work. 2. The SIM card adapters are very thin and it is very difficult for me to pull them out after inserting them. I would *strongly recommend* not using adapters unless absolutely necessary, and just getting the correct size SIM card from your cell phone provider. If you have no choice but to use adapters. You can use a piece of tape to stick it to the end of the exposed SIM/adapter and try to pull it out that way. 3. I found the ad a bit misleading as one of the images says "Dual Wi-Fi" implying that it operates on both 2.4 and 5GHz, but it's actually only 2.4GHz. This is not a problem for me as the Wi-Fi speed is more than adequate in my opinion. It's just a phablet and you most likely won't be downloading large amounts of data. I think they wanted to advertise dual sim rather than wifi as it allows for 2 sim which is good if you are traveling and want or need alternative phone/data service options in certain areas. Personal thoughts aside, the phablet is good. It works well, it looks good and the battery life seems good. This is the first tablet/phablet I have with a keyboard and I really like it. Includes phablet case, screen protector, stylus, cable and charger. Actually you don't need anything else. the set is pretty complete. I am very happy with the purchase and am enjoying it. All streaming apps run great, VPN works etc. It's a great device and I think it's a great thing!
