Review on Wood Trick Adult Wooden Puzzles by Chris Lentz

difficult in several places.

This set is definitely not for beginners or young children. As in the previous reviews, the spring assembly is very tricky. This requires more than two hands and needle nose pliers. After going through this build, everything else is pretty easy and straightforward. Sand all moving surfaces with fine sandpaper and apply wax well. The rails need a bit of work, either sanding down the hinge parts or, like me, stretching them out and then machining them to loosen them up. I also found that the friction was too much for the model to walk. I solved this problem by applying dry graphite powder to the bearing surfaces and rail guides. Now he will run ten or more feet fairly quickly. Nice kit, well made and fun to build, I gave it a four due to friction issues.
