I was looking for an intercooler for my PS4 and came across a few that got bad reviews and almost all were mounted right on the back of the PS4. Then I stumbled across these multi-fans - I liked that they couldn't be plugged directly into the PS4, so I did a little more research and decided to use them. Quality and design of the fans are first class! They came pre-assembled and included a zip tie and a small amount of 3M tape, which I didn't use for my installation. The rubber boots attached to the corners of these fans also help keep the fans from moving or rattling. My PS4 is in an enclosed entertainment center (except the front) so it gets quite hot during use. and stays hot, so I needed a way to remove heat from the system while also blowing hot air out of the enclosed space. I read someone's review and decided to follow their setup - I have a fan on the bottom of my PS4 that blows air. I have another fan on the back of my PS4 that blows air into the open (front) area of my entertainment center. Instead of plugging the fans into the PS4's USB ports, I used an old iPhone USB adapter and plugged it into an extension cord. I did this because the PS4 only has 2 USB ports, both of which I use to charge my controllers. Another big plus of these fans is that they are very quiet. You hardly hear anything! I've only been using the fans for about a week, but I've found that this setup has helped cool my PS4 significantly, which is vital to extending its lifespan, especially during these hot summer months! I will definitely be buying another kit for my XBox One and other electronics I need to cool. If you are looking for fans for your electronic devices, then you should buy them!
