I would not recommend this product as the metal pole is very fragile. We went camping and I tried to screw this thing into the ground but it broke in half and cut my finger. The leash itself works and we ended up tying it to a thick chain in the floor provided by the hostel. We bought another stake in Petco at the same price and the metal was thicker. My dogs are 30 and 40 pounds and can easily pull this stake out of the ground if it's not fully inserted. The only way to get this stake all the way down is to use force. Once you apply force, click! 2 stars because the leash works well and I'll leave that part. The bet isn't worth a fight and you could injure yourself if you pull the spin.
