Deciding to jump skateboard after almost twenty years of inactivity not only left me in pre-crisis middle age but also left me with a permanent shoulder injury . Unfortunately I dislocated my shoulder and it turned out to be a one in a million dislocation which required expensive surgery which I can't get close to now. Not only did this leave my shoulder with constant pain, it also left reverberations branching off from the central injury site and causing pain in other areas such as the spine and parts of the neck. I often tried in vain to massage my shoulders. I started looking for devices that could help with the massage. My first attempts were rolling or non-motorized. Luckily I stumbled upon this very nifty massage gun from the O'Yeet Nex brand. There are many massage guns on the market, but this one caught my eye because of its red color and an indicator that says it's the next generation. Then I studied what makes it the next generation. After a little research I found out that this device is more compact and offers strong performance for such a small size. I have a family member who has a larger variant that looks like a triangle with a triangular handle. This type of design is also available from this company. I prefer a smaller type like this because it's portable and fits in a gym bag or pocket. I have to admit that the product video for this massage gun inspired me. I wanted to use it primarily for the left shoulder, but after watching the video and seeing the actors use it while jogging or doing other intense aerobic activity, ideas popped into my head. I generally don't like stopping when running, but on alternate cardio days of the week I work on an intense type of footwork that allows for a few minutes of rest due to the intensity. I used this massage gun on one of those breaks to loosen up my calf muscles. I noticed an immediate result as I was able to increase the intensity in an improved manner with little to no tension that usually occurs after about thirty minutes of such footwork training. I like all the ends of the rubber tips, but the one that worked best for my shoulder issue was the one with two knots on the end. Working these two knots simultaneously over the muscle, but in two different positions, was by far the most effective. I am satisfied with the charging time and the ultra small and light charger. The charging port can be a bit heavier because it somehow falls under the weight of the gun. It stands upright but looks like it's about to fall over, so I recommend leaning against something. There's nothing wrong with that, it's just that the brand can improve it in the future. In conclusion I am very satisfied with this massage gun and recommend it to people with health problems as well as those looking for a relaxing massage.
