ELEGANT SINGLE SHOT COFFEE - Enjoy this

I am very pleased with this Vietnamese single shot coffee maker which has a filter, press, holder and lid that fits over a serving glass. This is my first time making coffee this way so I've found that the harder I can squeeze the press the slower it drips into the glass mug and in my opinion the coffee comes out better. As it is a glass tumbler, it needs to be cooled down a bit to be comfortable to use. The press and filter work differently than a French press for making Vietnamese coffee, the coffee grounds fall into the filter (the upper part - there is another saucer-shaped filter it is installed on), then the press is screwed on for squeezing the coffee grounds. against the bottom of the filter. Since hot water is used to brew coffee, once the press is screwed down it gets too hot when setting - at least for me. I quickly learned to curl my abs where they feel tight. The goal is for the coffee to come out after a few minutes. I pour in just enough to wet the bottom first, wait about 30 seconds, then fill the filter. Care should be taken as the cup easily overflows - this is also different from pouring over! A few bases will pass through the filters, but not many. I love drinking from this glass. Thanks to the many straight sides, this glass is particularly pleasant when drinking coffee. My 5 star rating for the elegant coffee maker set. Making coffee this way is pretty simple, but it has enough rituals to make it feel special — a bit like a tea ceremony. My rating is 5 stars.
