Finding the OBD port (I had a cover on it) was the most time consuming part of this process. I just got a 2007 GS350 with only one remote, wanted a replacement remote but didn't want to pay more than $125 for factory stock plus theft fees for programming. Pressed the start button without holding the brake to put the car in on mode without starting the engine. The supplied OBD key is connected. Hold my work remote near the remote start button for 2 seconds until it beeps. Put it on the passenger seat. Hold the new remote control near the remote control start button for 2 seconds until you hear a beep. DONE! I spent far more time making sure all the remote functions worked (they did) than programming the fob itself. Easiest thing I've done to this car since I've owned it. If you're on the fence, just do it.
