I have a 2011 Lexus ES350 (made in Japan) and I really hope this product will work as my key fob IC board #271451-3370 matches the description. However, it didn't work, I tried many times. I called product support and they didn't answer, just said if it doesn't work they have nothing to tell me. Don't waste time and find a dealer or a qualified locksmith (cheaper) to order it.

Wow! What a great solution. I spent about an hour looking for software and cables. The cable was $17 and the software license was $20 for two days. The instructions looked intimidating and scary. Dorman's solution is ingenious and worth every penny. I bought an open box with key for $71 plus tax. Saved me about $50 and a lot of heartache. Thank you!

That's a great idea, but it didn't work (the programmer detected and recognized my current key fob but didn't program the new key). I ordered a replacement, but otherwise it did not fit (the programmer was not recognized). Now I can't order another replacement although I called the manufacturer and they confirmed I should get another one. I will try again tomorrow. Maybe it's about Revain so people don't come back the same day they got them? In any case, it's frustrating that 2 out of 2 devices

The product was much cheaper than the dealers. I managed to save about $250. The locksmith was able to program it in 20-30 minutes.
