These mirrors were purchased to replace original mirrors on a 2016 F250 that were damaged during the winter plowing season. They fit perfectly. However, it is known that all other after-sales mirrors have a problem that there is no temperature sensor in the passenger mirror. A fairly simple solution. The hardest part was removing the sensor from the old mirror. Newer mirrors actually have a plate that can be pulled out and inserted into the sensor. I just removed the sensor completely from the Ford plate (since they are not the same shape), just plugged it in and put it in the new mirror. Works perfectly. Amazing value. I'm pretty sure they make the sensor and plate for aftermarket mirrors, I just haven't had time to research it.
